Salesguy was helpful but language barrier is real. I asked about extra toppings and was told chicken is available, but it turned out not to be a topping but a separate box of chicken. I was ordering under time pressure and didn’t have the time to clarify, it was as if it was closing though and some staff were wearing outdoor clothing at 10:20 pm. Mcd may be a safer bet at such time, better and more cost-effective.

Don’t call yourself spaghetti with something so wet. Is it just noodle soup? ? ? It tastes bad. Breakfast restaurants are better than yours.

I ordered the delivery noodles and they were very hard and dry. They were obviously over-baked. It has nothing to do with the delivery time! When I called, the gentleman from the closing shift answered the phone. I feel like he is just an ordinary employee and has no right to deal with this matter. He has a very good attitude and tried his best to help me solve the problem. On 2/5, he got off work at 21:00. I heard that the store had to be disinfected that day. He even answered my call and worked overtime until about 21:30. There was no overtime pay! Please ask Pizza Hut to strengthen employee meal preparation training and remember to pay overtime, please. Please serve such inedible meals. Is it too shady to do disinfection during off-duty hours without providing overtime pay? The third photo is the reference photo provided on the delivery Let everyone appreciate the difference between the actual object and the reference photo. (I didn’t see any cheese in it)
Original: 點了外送的麵 整個非常硬非常乾 明顯烤過頭了 跟外送送達時間沒有關聯！ 打電話過去是打烊班的先生接電話 感覺他只是一般員工 沒有任何權利處理這件事情 態度非常好 也盡力幫我解決 2/5 當天他21:00下班 聽說這天要店裡消毒 還接了我的電話 大概加班到即將21:30 竟然沒有加班費！ 請必勝客加強員工出餐訓練 也記得給加班費好嗎 出這種根本沒辦法吃的餐點 還在下班時間消毒沒有提供加班費 會不會太黑心了？ 第三張是外送上提供的參考照片 也讓大家欣賞一下實體跟參考照片的差異 （並沒有在麵裡看到起司）
