Located on the Huanshan Road in Neihu, Taipei, [Zhuoshou Coffee] is hidden in an alley surrounded by greenery. The space is built in a simple wooden style. Sunlight shines through the large glass on the table. The atmosphere is quiet and warm, perfect for slowing down and enjoying a leisurely brunch time. The main meal we tried this time was the popular recommended private brunch in the store - Yuanqi Pan-fried Tender Leg Steak. The boneless chicken leg steak is fried to a golden brown and crispy aroma. The skin is slightly crispy, but the meat is still tender and juicy. It is paired with the store's special sauce and seasonal vegetable salad. The overall flavor is refreshing and not greasy, and the portion is very filling. I chose package "B", which allowed me to choose a drink and dessert, which added dimension and a little comfort to the entire meal. For the drink, I chose the classic oat milk latte. The warm aroma of oat milk perfectly blends with the rich coffee. The taste is smooth and the sweetness is just right. Even without sugar, it is quite smooth. For dessert, we chose the store's unique lemon-not-so-sour raw cheese cake. The cheese texture is fine and dense, melting in your mouth. The slightly sour lemon aroma brings out a light milky aroma. The ratio of sour and sweet is just right, which is the perfect ending to the entire meal. The overall service at Zhuoshou Coffee is friendly, the delivery speed is stable, and the environment is comfortable and quiet. It is suitable whether you are alone or gathering with friends. The meal's care and balance of flavours, especially the aroma and tenderness of the grilled tender leg steak, are impressive. This is not only a coffee shop, but also a cozy corner where people can recharge their batteries and savor the pace of life.

Original: 位在台北內湖環山路上的【琢手咖啡】隱身於綠意圍繞的巷弄之中，空間以簡約木質風格打造，陽光透過大片玻璃灑落桌面，氛圍靜謐而溫暖，非常適合放慢腳步享受悠閒早午餐時光。這次品嚐的主餐是店內人氣推薦的私房早午餐——元氣煎烤嫩腿排，以去骨雞腿排煎得金黃酥香，外皮略帶焦脆、肉質卻依舊嫩滑多汁，搭配店家特製醬汁與時蔬沙拉，整體風味清爽不膩，份量也十分飽足。 我選擇了套餐 “B”，能任選一款飲品與甜點，為整頓餐點增添層次與小確幸。飲品挑了經典燕麥奶拿鐵，燕麥奶的溫潤香氣與濃郁咖啡完美融合，口感滑順、甜度恰到好處，即使不加糖也相當順口。甜點則選了店內頗具特色的檸檬不太酸-生乳酪蛋糕，乳酪質地細緻綿密，入口即化，微酸的檸檬香氣中帶出淡淡奶香，酸甜比例拿捏得剛好，為整體餐點畫下完美句點。 琢手咖啡整體服務親切、出餐速度穩定，環境舒適安靜，無論是一人獨享或與好友相聚都相當合適。餐點用心、風味平衡，尤其是元氣煎烤嫩腿排的香氣與嫩度，令人印象深刻。這裡不僅是一間咖啡店，更像是一處讓人重新充電、細細品味生活節奏的溫馨角落。

Warm service staff :) The space environment is quiet, and when you sit by the window, the mosquito scent from the outdoors will drift into the room. The brunch portion is moderate, but the salt sprinkled on the lettuce is a bit too salty. I hope guests can adjust and add salt to taste. The pumpkin soup is very authentic (I'm just afraid of pumpkins, so when I drink it, I feel a little ahhhhhh~ but adding the flower balls into the thick soup will add some seafood flavor!) The performance of siphon coffee and the characteristics of the beans are pretty good😅 The price is moderate and a great place for conversation!

Original: 服務人員溫暖：） 空間環境清幽，坐窗邊時戶外的蚊香味有點燻會飄進來室內。 早午餐份量適中，生菜上的鹽巴撒的有點多略鹹，希望可以讓客人自行調整添加鹽巴調味。 南瓜湯很真材實料（只是我怕南瓜，喝的時候有點啊啊啊啊啊～但把花枝球放入濃湯喝，會增添一些海鮮味！） 虹吸咖啡表現，豆子的特性表現還好😅 價位偏中，適合談話的好地方！
