楊記大餛飩-南京店

This is my first time trying a Nanjing restaurant. I usually eat the one from Tongling Alley. I think the taste is the same and there is no difference~ Chili peppers are just as spicy🤣 (emphasis) Seats are spacious, bright and clean The key point is that in the hot summer, the air-conditioning is also very comfortable. During the noon time on weekdays (the photo was taken around 12:30pm), there are many shops around. You can enjoy the shrimp and wonton soup alone, which feels very good😌.

I came here to meet friends for business and passed by. Since I like wontons, I chose this place for lunch. It has noodle soups, dry noodles, soups, as well as meat dumplings and noodles. The price is higher than other noodle shops, but since it is located next to the MRT station, there is no need to question it. The most important thing is to see if it tastes good. There are also various side dishes in the refrigerator. I didn't get the side dishes first because I had never eaten them before and I didn't know the size of the noodles. I ordered wonton noodles with vegetables and meat. I would like to say that if I don’t order side dishes, at least there are vegetables in the wontons, which is more nutritious and balanced. The portion of this bowl of soup was enough for me, and there was no air-conditioning inside but a fan on a hot day. Although it wasn't too hot, I still didn't get the side dishes; but when I saw the customers coming, they would get them, so the side dishes must be delicious. I'll give it a try next time I bring my friends over. This bowl of noodles has a lot of minced celery, coriander and seaweed. There are three large wontons inside. The noodles are thin. It took about three to five minutes from the time it was served to the time I took the photo and ate the noodles. Although the noodles are thin, they are springy. I like the texture of the thin noodles and the fact that they absorb the soup. The soup is made from large pork bones. It seems light but rich. With the addition of seaweed and minced celery and coriander, it tastes different. Next we had the large wontons, with a thin and smooth crust. The meat filling inside is moderately seasoned, delicate and solid, and has the blessing of finely chopped green vegetables. It is really delicious and does not have the meaty smell of ordinary pork. I like this bowl of noodles very much, but I still have a little bit of noodle soup left in my stomach. Next time I come here, I would like to try the shrimp wontons, hand-cooked noodles and side dishes. Friends who want to eat together can give it a try!

Original: 來這邊找朋友辦事後經過，喜歡吃餛飩的我就選擇這裡午餐 它有湯麵類、乾麵類、湯類，還有肉燥與抄手，價格比一般麵店高，但位在捷運站旁就不用質疑了，最主要是看看好不好吃。 冰箱裡還有各式小菜，我沒先拿小菜，因為沒吃過不知麵的大小程度。 我點的是菜肉餛飩麵，想說若沒點小菜至少餛飩內有菜比較營養均衡。 這碗湯麵對我來說份量是夠的，且大熱天裡面沒冷氣只有風扇，雖然不至於太熱，但我還是沒拿小菜；不過看到來的客人都會去拿，想必小菜應該也不錯吃，等下次揪朋友來再試試看。 這碗麵給很多芹菜末、香菜末以及海苔。裡面有三顆大餛飩，麵是屬於細麵，上桌到我拍照吃到麵約有三五分鐘，麵雖細但卻是Q彈的，我喜歡這細麵的口感且吸附了湯汁。湯是豬大骨熬的，看似清淡卻濃郁，加上海苔與芹菜末與香菜末，喝起來有不同層次感。 接下來吃大餛飩了，外皮薄而滑順。裡面的肉餡調味適中，細緻而紮實，還有切成細末青菜的加持，真的好吃，且沒一般豬肉的肉腥味。 這碗麵我很喜歡，不過我小鳥胃，還留了一點麵根湯沒吃完。下次再來這邊，我會想試試鮮蝦餛飩、抄手還有小菜，想一起來吃的朋友再揪一下囉！

The noodles and wontons were very hard. The minced meat was cooked, but the wonton wrappers and noodles didn’t feel even 50% cooked. Even if I’m very hungry, I can’t force myself to finish eating☹️
