Food was consistent with other locations. The facility here felt tight, tables were close to each other. Air ventilation could be improved, smelled greasy, unfortunately.

Chain fast food restaurant in Taipei. This restaurant has a nice round space inside. The environment is great. Lemon beef burger is awesome. Try it!

Do not come here during busy times. Horrific experience and terrible service. Very big inside with lots of seating space but about 4 members of staff. People complaining left right and centre, flat soda had no bubbles, 30minutes to wait for order and a very poor ordering service. Bang average food. This chain is way behind other fast food chains like mcdonalds and kfc.

You really need English on your ordering kiosks and menu offerings. Taipei in 2025 gets a lot of international travel and is increasing its english offering, dont be the last one to adopt it.

U can come here if you expect your fast food deliver as French restaurant. U need to pick up your food by ur self or they might not give you for more than half hour. Clearly, more training is needed😅
