The most underrated bakery in Asia? I used to own a bakery and have travelled to many countries, but the bread texture I found here is truly unique—just the right amount of chewiness, pillowy softness, and a slight crack on the crust that isn’t too thick. It’s perfection. You can tell they use quality flour and pay close attention to technique. I’m so glad I decided to pop in as I happened to walk by. 10/10 — I’ll definitely be back for the sea salt loaf and chocolate loaf.

20200715: this superb version of the cinnamon bun/roll includes walnuts (TWD 68). the cinnamon flavor really stands out, the sweetness is ideal, and the walnuts add a nice crunchy texture. recommend to toast it so that the exterior (in particular the sugar) becomes slightly crispy. highly recommended. still looking for a cinnamon bun with cream cheese frosting that isn't exorbitantly priced...
