真味堂傳統意麵

"Traditional pasta" attracted me! There are many noodle shops selling pasta in Taipei, but there are not many that really have the traditional taste of Tainan pasta. The pasta at this shop really has a "traditional taste." So what is the traditional taste? I really can’t explain it, it just tastes like that...haha! (Not enough Taoism) This shop is the first to turn left when you turn right from Songjiang Road to Jinzhou Street. Although the facade is not gorgeous, it is clean inside. Several small tables are arranged in an orderly manner and there are a variety of side dishes. Among them, the braised dried beans are delicious, and the wonton soup is too clear and not fresh enough!

Original: 「傳統意麵」吸引了我！ 台北賣意麵的麵店很多，但真正要有台南意麵傳統味的不多，這家的意麵，還真的有「傳統味」，那傳統味是什麼？我還真講不出來，就是那味⋯⋯哈哈！（道行不夠） 這店在松江路右轉錦州街第一個左轉巷口，門面雖不華麗，但內裡乾淨，幾張小桌排序有致，小菜豐富，其中滷豆干味美，餛飩湯太清了不夠鮮！

I have been eating here for more than ten years, Zhenweitang is a great noodle shop! The soup is made with care and the meals are exquisite snacks. Before the landlady was away, the quality and sophistication of the meals dropped significantly, but after the landlady returned, it became better again. From the skill of chopping vegetables to the control of seasoning, everything is above the standard. Recommend the flat rice dumplings and blanched vegetables! The side dishes are also good!
