Food Deliciousness: 80 points Dining Environment: 90 points Service Attitude: 90 points Review: This restaurant used to sell scallion pancakes and cat ear noodles, but now they sell braised pork rice, gua bao (steamed buns), various soups and noodles, and various side dishes. I ordered the squid soup rice for $80. The portion was a bit small, and the squid slices were small pieces, about half the size of what you'd get elsewhere, and the quantity wasn't much. Also, the soup seemed to have very little thickening; it was almost just a clear broth, completely different from the soups I've had before. The overall taste was just average. I personally didn't like the soup rice that much. I'll come back next time to try other dishes. I added chili sauce, and the chili was pretty good. Perhaps because it's newly opened, the staff was a bit slow when processing the bill, still searching for items on the payment screen. However, the service attitude was very good and polite, and the dining environment was very clean. They only accept cash and don't provide invoices.
