松江自助石頭火鍋城

It’s a very traditional hot pot restaurant. You have to scan the QR code on the wall outside to make a reservation. There were many groups in front of us and we had to wait for almost two hours before it was our turn! I want to say it's famous and come here to eat, but the taste is nothing special. It's probably an old restaurant that has been open for a long time... so everyone comes here because of its reputation 😂 The hot pot fee is 60 yuan per person. As soon as you sit down, the waiter will help you stir-fry the base ingredients and dry-fry the meat you selected at the beginning. Finally, add the broth to turn it into a hot pot. You can get all the dishes and hot pot ingredients by yourself. The price of each different color plate is different! (The plate is very small) But… I don’t really recommend meat… A small plate of beef, pig, mutton, and chicken costs 70 yuan…. The small portion is just a few slices of meat... not worth it The plate in the photo is beef, pig and mutton on the same plate. Such meat costs 210 yuan 🙂 Maybe it’s because of the old restaurant, but the table is too small, so it’s very crowded if 4 people sit together, and the pot is very close, so it’s easy to get burned during the cooking process! But it’s still recommended~ You can try it and experience the authentic hot pot!

Original: 很傳統的火鍋店，一開始要掃外面牆壁上的QR碼來訂位，當時前面很多組要排隊，大概等了快兩小時才輪到我們！ 想說很有名來吃看看，但味道沒什麼特別的，應該就是開比較久的老店.…所以大家都慕名而來吧😂 開鍋費一人60元，一坐下來服務員就會先幫你爆炒底料及乾煎一開始選的肉，最後在加入高湯變成火鍋，所有的菜跟火鍋料都是自己拿，每一種不同顏色的盤子價格都不同！（盤子很小） 但…不太推肉類…牛豬羊雞一盤小小的份量就要70元…. 小小的份量才幾片肉而已…很不划算 照片上那一盤是牛豬羊放在同一盤的份量，這樣的肉要210元🙂 可能是老店的關係，桌子偏小，4人坐在一起就很擠了，鍋子又很近，在煮的過程容易被燙到！ 不過還是推薦啦～大家可以吃看看，體驗道地接地氣的火鍋！
