The store will prepare small ice-cold test tubes, so you can experience the difference in the hot and cold flavors of a single product. After some inner tangle and struggle, I finally ordered Ethiopia-Moriya-Washed. The entrance is bright citric acid with a bit of honey sweetness, and the taste is very smooth and delicious. My friend ordered the Costa Rica - Saint Romana - Washed. After a rough taste, he felt that the bittersweet taste of dark chocolate was quite strong, which was a completely different flavor compared to Moorea. A quite pleasant coffee experience. The price is a bit high for the petty bourgeoisie. In terms of quality, it is a shop that I would think of if I occasionally want to treat myself to a cup of good coffee.

Original: 隱身在中山區的小巷裡，午餐過後來訪，店內座位不多約莫可以容納四組客人，氣氛相當舒適愜意，時不時可以聽到老闆分享咖啡知識與經驗。豆子品項目不暇給，menu用頁籤分類好非洲、美洲、太平洋區...，店家會準備冰鎮小試管，可以體驗單品冷熱的風味差異。經過一番內心的糾結與掙扎，最後點了衣索比亞-茉莉雅-水洗，入口是明亮的檸檬酸帶點蜂蜜甜，口感非常柔順好喝。友人點了哥斯大黎加-聖蘿蔓-水洗，粗略嚐了一點，覺得喝到蠻濃烈的黑巧克力苦甜感，與茉莉雅相比是截然不同的風味。相當愉快的咖啡體驗，價格對小資族群來說稍高，論品質來說，是偶爾想犒賞自己一杯好咖啡會想到的店 。
